Deniz Baysal, Osman Sonant, and Boran Kuzum Star in the Series “Soul’s Journey”

The digital platform Tabii by TRT is developing a new show titled “Soul’s Journey,” which promises to make a significant contribution to modern Turkish television.

The 10-episode series focuses on the life of Ayşe Şasa, one of the first female screenwriters in Turkish cinema history. Deniz Baysal will play the lead role, with Osman Nail Doğan serving as the director.

Ayşe Şasa was married twice. Osman Sonant will portray her second husband, screenwriter Bülent Oran, while Boran Kuzum is being considered for the role of her first husband, director Atıf Yılmaz. Filming is scheduled to begin at the end of February.
