Ratings of Turkish TV

Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Distant City” (Uzak Şehir) lost 0.28% in Total and 0.77% in AB. After an exceptional growth over 10 episodes, a slight audience correction is entirely natural. Some viewers came due to the hype, while others left, realizing it wasn’t for them. The show’s core audience is still forming, so this drop in ratings is not an issue. The series remains the most successful of this television season.

The series “Red Roses” (Kızıl Goncalar) dropped by 1.06% in Total and 2.41% in AB. This sharp decline is a concerning signal for the creators. The show has seemingly lost the novelty appeal that initially captured Turkish viewers’ attention. Nevertheless, it is likely to complete the season, as its AB ratings remain decent.

The series “Salahaddin Ayyubi” (Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi) experienced a small loss of 0.09% in Total and 0.10% in AB. While not a major hit, this state channel project has a remarkably stable audience, which could potentially allow it to proceed into a third season.
