Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Mountain of Hearts” (Gönül Dağı) saw an increase of 0.45% in total ratings but lost 1.20% in AB. This show on the state television channel benefits from a substantial safety margin and a loyal audience base that has stood the test of time. Even significant drops in AB are not a cause for concern, as viewers tend to return after a period, as has been observed on multiple occasions.

The series “Debt of Life” (Can Borcu) rose by 0.98% in total ratings and 1.05% in AB. Despite a very modest start, by its sixth episode, the ATV channel’s show has clearly managed to convince viewers of its value, once again proving that the initial ratings of a premiere are not decisive. What truly matters is the subsequent trajectory, which for this series is clearly on an upward trend.
