Ratings of Turkish TV

Thursday’s ratings introduced Turkish audiences to a new series, “New Day” (Başka Bir Gün), which had a fairly strong debut. However, initial ratings are not definitive for the show’s future—its trajectory will be determined in the coming weeks.

“Boundless Love” (Hudutsuz Sevda) saw an increase of 0.19% in Total and 0.65% in AB. Producer Fatih Aksoy’s show is performing confidently in its second season and may extend into a third, barring an unexpected collapse in ratings, which seems unlikely.

“Secret of the Pearls” (İnci Taneleri) experienced a drop of 0.44% in Total and 1.92% in AB. The debut of a new competitor likely diverted a portion of the AB audience. Whether this decline becomes a trend or the audience returns will be revealed next week.

“Valley of Hearts” (Siyah Kalp) suffered a significant loss of 1.45% in Total and 1.13% in AB. The drop is substantial and likely due to the new series pushing out Timur Savcı’s show. While the situation is concerning, it is too early to sound the alarm—next week’s results will provide more clarity.
