Ratings of Turkish TV

Sunday’s ratings introduced Turkish audiences to the new series “Snowdrops” (Kardelenler), which had a weak debut. However, the first episode’s numbers do not determine the show’s fate—everything will depend on its performance in the coming weeks.

The series “Intelligence” (Teşkilat) gained 0.63% in total viewership and 0.58% in AB. Now in its fifth season, producer Timur Savcı’s project continues to deliver excellent results, reaffirming its status as one of the leading shows on Turkish television. With ratings like these, a sixth season is all but confirmed. The only remaining question is which main cast members will stay and who will depart.

“Portrait of a Scandalous Family” (Şakir Paşa Ailesi) grew by 0.41% in total and 1.12% in AB. After production resumed following the fire that halted filming, audiences eagerly returned to the show—a very positive sign. This indicates that a solid viewer base has already formed and will continue following the storyline. Unsurprisingly, the series has already been renewed for a second season.

“Genius” (Deha) lost 0.46% in total but gained 0.26% in AB. While the ratings for producer Kerem Çatay’s project are decent, they are unlikely to be strong enough to secure a second season.
