Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Distant City (Uzak Şehir)” lost 0.38% in total but increased by 0.35% in AB. A slight dip in the ratings after several weeks of continuous growth is perfectly normal and does not raise significant concerns, especially since the AB figures continued to rise. The show by producer Kerem Çatay is currently the main hit on the Turkish screen and is not planning to yield its position.

The series “Red Roses (Kızıl Goncalar)” increased by 0.22% in total and by 1.34% in AB. This is very good news for fans who were seriously worried about the fate of the show by producer Faruk Turgut. Moreover, as the producer himself reported, the series will conclude in the summer with its 50th episode, so viewers can calmly continue watching without undue concern over the ratings.

The series “Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi (Salahaddin Ayyubi)” increased by 0.03% in total but lost 0.05% in AB. The show by producer Emre Konuk does not excel in the ratings; however, it remains stable, which is exactly what is expected from series on a state channel. With such ratings on TRT1, a third season is quite possible, provided the figures do not begin to decline.
