Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Bahar” lost 0.13% in total viewership but gained 0.08% among the AB demographic. The show no longer achieves the results it attained during its first season; nonetheless, it remains one of the most stable and popular series in Turkish broadcasting and is highly likely to proceed to the next season unless there is an unexpected collapse in ratings.

The series “The Nightfall (Bir Gece Masalı)” dropped by 0.35% in total viewership and 1.01% among the AB demographic. The program remains on air due to its strong overall performance, yet the situation with the AB audience appears almost catastrophic. It is currently very difficult to predict whether the series will manage to stay on air until the end of the season if the decline in this category continues at the same rate.

The series “Mehmed the Conqueror (Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı)” lost 0.42% in total viewership and 0.84% among the AB demographic. Despite the drop in ratings, the historical show from the state television network continues to retain its audience and may very well be renewed for a third season.

The series “Don’t Cry, Istanbul (Sen Ağlama İstanbul)” fell by 0.49% in total viewership but rose by 0.20% among the AB demographic. The ratings for Onur Gyuvenatam’s show are not particularly encouraging, yet they are not so dire as to prompt the channel to consider removing the series from its lineup.
