Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “The Ottoman” (“Kuruluş Osman”) increased by 0.08% in Total and 1.08% in AB. Producer Mehmet Bozdağ’s show remains the most popular historical series on Turkish television and is approaching its final phase with excellent results. As a reminder, the series finale is scheduled for June this year.

The series “Orphans” (“Sahipsizler”) lost 0.20% in Total and 0.40% in AB. Producer Onur Güvenatam’s show continues to attract regular viewers but does not generate much enthusiasm among the educated and affluent audience. However, with solid Total ratings, this is not a critical issue as long as the numbers in this category remain strong.

The series “Leyla” (“Leyla”) increased by 0.12% in Total and 0.64% in AB. Producer Kerem Çatay’s show is maintaining its presence on the air successfully, though it is not a major hit. Whether it will be renewed for a second season remains uncertain.

The series “Scent of the Trunk” (“Sandık Kokusu”) increased by 0.13% in Total and 0.58% in AB. As it approaches its finale at episode 50, the show maintains modest but stable results. Fans are simply enjoying the show without worrying about the ratings.

The series “My Mother Ankara” (“Annem Ankara”) lost 0.05% in Total but increased by 0.08% in AB. Unfortunately, the show still struggles to generate enthusiasm among Turkish viewers. Its fate depends entirely on international sales.
