Ratings of Turkish TV
The series “Distant City” (Uzak Şehir) lost 1.44% in total and 1% in AB. The decline is significant but quite expected, considering that the show had been growing continuously for three months. Now, it’s time for viewership stabilization and the formation of a core audience that will continue watching the series.
The series “Red Roses” (Kızıl Goncalar) gained 0.29% in total and 0.38% in AB. While the growth is modest, it is a welcome relief for fans of producer Faruk Turgut’s show, who have recently been quite concerned about its fate. It is worth noting that the show will conclude at the end of the season, and it would be best to reach the finale with strong numbers.
The series “Salahaddin Ayyubi” (Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi) lost 0.74% in total and 0.57% in AB. The decline is unfortunate but not catastrophic, especially considering that the show airs on a state television channel. In any case, it will run until the end of the season (with a break for religious holidays). However, if ratings continue to drop, the network’s management may decide not to renew the series for another season.
