Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Cranberry Sherbet” (Kızılcık Şerbeti) increased by 0.67% in Total and 2.01% in AB. Producer Faruk Turgut’s show remains one of the most in-demand series among the Turkish audience. Unsurprisingly, reports have already surfaced about its renewal for a fourth season. The main intrigue now is which cast members will stay and who will leave.

The series “Zembilli” (Zembilli) lost 0.23% in Total but increased by 0.59% in AB. The ATV channel’s show has rather modest ratings and, at best, will last until the end of the season. However, if advertisers withdraw their support, ATV may cancel the show early.

The series “Golden Boy” (Yalı Çapkını) lost 0.17% in Total and 0.71% in AB. The third season has been a disappointment for fans of the show, which originally started as a mega-hit but lost its audience due to a poorly developed script. The series will conclude at the end of March with its 100th episode.

The series “Once Upon a Time in Istanbul” (Bir Zamanlar İstanbul) increased by 0.41% in Total and 0.10% in AB. TRT1, as a state channel, always gives its shows a fair chance, so the series is likely to last until the end of the season. However, with these ratings, it is unlikely to be renewed for another season.
