Ratings of Turkish TV

The show “Mountain of Hearts” (Gönül Dağı) dropped by 0.69% in total and 0.59% in AB. Overall, the seasonal drop in viewership as summer approaches is not cause for concern and will not affect the future of the show, which has already been greenlit for a sixth season. It remains one of the most-watched series in Turkey for five years running.

The show “Debt of Life” (Can Borcu) rose by 0.12% in total and 0.21% in AB. Despite relatively low ratings, ATV has decided to renew the project for a second season. It is a rather risky move, but apparently production costs are modest and balanced out by advertising revenue.
