In the series “Kız Babası” (“Father of a Daughter”), which premiered on May 6, 2025, on TRT tabii’s digital platform, Gülper Özdemir captivated viewers not only with her acting but also with her singing. A big name has joined the cast of the series “Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı” (“Mehmed: The Conqueror”) from Miray Yapım, airing on TRT1. Well-known actor Ertan Saban will appear in the 47th episode as one of the most fearsome historical characters — Vlad the Impaler (Count Dracula). This time, Saban will portray a figure who grew up in the Ottoman palace but surrendered to darkness. The destinies of Sultan Mehmed and Vlad, who once grew up under the same palace roof, will now cross paths on opposite sides of the barricades. This unexpected development will spark even more interest in the new season of the project.
