Ratings of Turkish TV
The show “Orphans (Sahipsizler)” dropped by 0.56 % in total share but rose by 0.56 % in the AB demographic. Producer Onur Güvenatam’s show is heading into its season finale with excellent results, remaining one of the most popular shows on Turkish television. Hopefully, the upcoming season will live up to expectations, and viewers will continue to follow the story of their beloved characters with enthusiasm.
The show “Eşref’s Dream (Eşref Rüya)” lost 0.60 % in total share and 1.83 % in the AB demographic. The AB drop is significant; however, it is worth noting that wealthier and more educated audiences traditionally begin preparing for the major Muslim holiday of Kurban Bayram earlier than others, often traveling to visit relatives. Whether the story itself caused the decline or it was purely external will become clearer next week.
The show “The Ottoman (Kuruluş Osman)” declined by 0.34 % in total share and 0.89 % in the AB demographic. The impact of the major religious holiday has predictably affected the ratings of producer Mehmet Bozdağ’s historical series. Most likely, the AB ratings will recover next week.
