The show “Distant City” (Uzak Şehir) lost 0.48% in Total and 0.67% in AB. However, for the leader of Turkish ratings, such a minor audience loss means nothing. Most likely, next week viewers will return to their screens in even greater numbers — especially considering the upcoming “awakening” of Boran.

The show “Children of Heaven” (Gökyüzü Çocukları) lost 0.23% in Total but rose by 0.51% in AB. It seems that TRT1 is once again betting on solid mid-range performers — and not in vain. The audience may not be huge, but it is stable and loyal to the channel.
