The story follows a surgeon named Melisa, who grew up in New York. She suddenly learns that her real father is a Palestinian doctor, a revelation that sends her on a journey to discover her roots and dedicate herself to helping the Palestinian people.
Negotiations are ongoing for the role of Oğuz, Melisa’s partner. Filming of the ten-episode series will begin in November and last eight weeks. The script is written by Uhud Tekin, Abdüsselam Durmaz, and M. Ali Çakmak, with İsa Yıldız as the concept creator.

The premiere date has been announced for Show TV’s new drama Fertile Lands, produced by Süreç Film. The project’s director and supervising writer is Yağız Alp Akaydın, with Hasan Tolga Pulat, Ozan Ağaç, and Seçil Çömlekçi also contributing to the script.

The leading roles are played by Kenan İmirzalioğlu (as Doğan) and Afra Saraçoğlu (as lawyer Çağla Öncü). Yaren Yapıcı will portray a young woman named Gülsüm.
