Bergüzar Korel returns to the theater

Bergüzar Korel decided to go back to basics and re-play in a theatrical production. The last time an actress went on stage 15 years ago. Since then, she has played in such hits as Binbir Gece, Karadayı, Vatanım Sensin, which won the hearts of viewers around the world.

It seems that the work in the series no longer pleases the star, so she decided to try something completely different by joining the CRAFT Tiyatro troupe.  As Bergüzar reported in her Instagram account, she is preparing for the play “Girls and Boys” by Ibrahim Ciçek’s play, where she will play the mother of two children, who still madly love their father. The reading of the script has already begun. Moreover, Bergüzar is not looking for easy ways: after all, this is a monologue spectacle, that is, a one-woman show. She will have to keep the attention of the audience during an hour and a half on the stage.
