It narrates the story of the talented and successful TV journalist Neslihan Turhan, who hosts a true-crime show about missing persons and murders called ‘The Only Truth.’ During one of her broadcasts, while investigating the case of a criminal authority, Neslihan challenges him, unaware that her words will lead to serious troubles.

Soon, her only son Kaan is accused of murdering a girl at a party. To defend her son and seek justice, Neslihan decides to conduct her own investigation. She takes the case away from her competitors and begins working on an episode that becomes the most challenging for her.
