Netflix chief PR manager for Turkey and the Middle East, Artanç Savaş, said that the platform is preparing three large original series that will be released this year.

The number of Netflix subscribers in Turkey increased by 500% over the year. The company’s management is extremely pleased with the results of the first Turkish series Hakan Muhafiz / The Protector, which proved popular far beyond the borders of their native country. It is hugely popular in Brazil and Mexico as well as in Africa, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
