The court dismissed Talat Bulut’s lawsuit against Söylemezsem Olmaz host Ece Erken. The actor accused the presenter of insulting, but the court found that the journalist acted within her professional competence, informing the public. Thus, the Turkish court once again confirmed that journalists enjoy immunity until they talk too much about the country’s president.
