According to the journalist of the tabloid Takvim  Ufuk Ozcan, the reason for the separation of Serenay Sarıkaya and Cem Yilmaz was not the infidelity. They just got tired of each other, sat down, talked and decided to break up. There was no big fight, they just did not get what they hoped to get from the relationship. According to Mr. Ozcan, Serenay retured all the gifts that Cem gave her with the driver. These were not particularly expensive items, just trinkets like beaded jewelry. Thus, she made it clear that she did not want to leave any “souvenirs” from her “ex.”
