Cengiz Bozkurt in a remake of a Korean film
Birsen Altuntas announces great news: Cengiz Bozkurt has signed a contract with the producers of the Oscar-winning film Parasite. He will star in a remake of the hit Korean film Extreme Job, which is being prepared by the Turkish arm of CJ ENM, a Korean company owned by the CJ Grup. Filming will begin at the end of August. Directed by Selçuk Aydemir. Before that, Cengiz will also star in the remake of the cult Turkish TV series Leyla and Mecnun.
Note that the Korean conglomerate CJ Grup has been on the Turkish market for a long time. It owns the Mars Entertainment Group with 500 cinemas in Turkey. More than half of all films produced in the country were made in collaboration with this company.
