According to Birsen Altuntas, Barış Arduç, who was a guest star in the TV series The Pit and also starred in the Netflix Club series, is starting preparations for the TV series Awakening: The Great Seljuks / Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu. The actor will take lessons in fencing and horse riding from members of the famous Kazakh stunt group Nomad. The series changed its concept and scriptwriters. Only Mehmet Ozgur will remain from the cast of the first season. Filming for the second season is scheduled to begin in August.
