A film about Sultan Yavuz in cinemas in 2023

Yavuz – the sword of justice / Yavuz – Adaletin Kılıcı

CY Media, a member of the CY Grup conglomerate closely associated with the Turkish authorities, announces the start of work on the most expensive film in the history of Turkish cinema, Yavuz – the sword of justice / Yavuz – Adaletin Kılıcı. The film tells about the life of Sultan Selim Yavuz, the father of Sultan Suleyman. Filming will take place in Morocco at Atlas Studios in 2022. Both Turkish and foreign actors will take part in it. Produced by Halit Arabacı. The film is currently being cast and will be released in 2023.
