HBO Max buys Turkish Blu TV platform

According to well-known blogger Çakma Televizyoncu, the HBO Max digital platform is buying the Blu TV digital platform. Considering that WBD, which owns HBO Max, already owns a 35% stake in the Turkish platform, this is a purely technical decision for further absorption and is not surprising. But the Gain platform was less fortunate: if there is no buyer for it in the near future, then it will have to be closed.
