Great news for Necip Memili’s fans. The actor, who was remembered by many for the role of Cumali Koçovalı in the legendary TV series “The Pit / Çukur”, returns to the screens in the youth series of the company Ay Yapim.

According to the well-known journalist Birsen Altuntas, Necip Memili has joined the cast of the Ay Yapim series “The Future Will Be Long / Gelecek Uzun Sürer”, which is a Turkish adaptation of the cult American TV show Beverly Hills 90210. The scriptwriter Damla Serim is familiar to viewers from the TV series Çukur and The Bad Penny. Directed by Deniz Yorulmazer.

The actor shared a photo with Mert Yazıcıoğlu, saying that his son looks like him. As it turned out, Necip will play Harun, the father of the twins, who will be played by Mert Yazıcıoğlu and Aslıhan Malbora in the series. Hafsanur Sancaktutan will also play one of the main roles.

The plot focuses on the story of the golden youth and their relationships with each other and with the older generation, as well as the problems of social stratification. The original American series was hugely popular around the world.
