One of the most well-known and sought-after young Turkish actresses, Ebru Şahin gained worldwide fame for her role in the TV show “Hercai.” In the historical drama “The Legend,” she later demonstrated her talent by portraying a totally different character. The rising Turkish star will continue to fascinate viewers in 2023 by making appearances in both a Netflix film and a TV series.

Birkan Sokullu and Ebru Şahin are the leads of the new series “Lavender Mansion,” which started filming at the beginning of the year. The protagonist is a scientist who has discovered the secret to eternal youth and has not aged in more than a century. His life, however, changes when he meets Harika, an enigmatic beauty with dark hair.

The romantic melodrama was shot in 2022, and post-production is currently taking place. In a recent interview, Ebru stated that there was a friendly atmosphere on set and that working with Çağatay was a pleasure. She portrays a young woman who will meet a professional gigolo and persuade him to reconsider love and the relationship between men and women.
