The “Last Letter” series’ producer and star have refuted claims that there was a conflict on the set as a result of actress Rabia Soyturk’s delay, despite the fact that the Turkish press continues to fabricate scandals around the filming of the show.

The Turkish internet press keeps creating scandals to attract additional visitors to their own websites. Birsen Altuntas, the magazine’s primary gossip columnist, left TV100, but the publication has continued to publish fantastic stories. The “Farewell Letter” series (Veda Mektubu), which stars Nurgül Yeşilçay, Selim Bayraktar, Bennu Yıldırımlar, Rabia Soytürk, and Emre Kıvılcım, experienced a crisis, according to journalists.

Problems resulted with Rabia Soytürk arriving to the set late. According to sources cited by the journalist, the film crew became quite angry with the actress after Rabia showed up very late for filming and caused a delay in the completion of all the scenes. Also, it was said that the production company had cautioned her.

Gül Ogüz, the series’ producer, refuted these allegations. She denied claims that she had warned Rabia about the necessity of discipline: “But I don’t know anything about it. Please refrain from spreading unfounded rumors about such stunning and gifted actors like Rabia.”

In expressing her support for her young coworker, the lead actress Nurgül Yeşilçay joined the producer. Nurgul stressed in her statement that Rabia works day and night on the set and appealed with the audience not to annoy her.
