Tamer Karadağlı is in a legal dispute with his landlord

In the case between Tamer Karadağlı and his landlord, a new development has occurred. The landlord filed a lawsuit for the eviction of the actor from his three-bedroom apartment with an area of 3+1 in the luxurious Gokturk residential complex, where he lived for five years, and demanded an increase in the rent for this apartment from 10,500 lira to the market value of 55,000 lira. In addition, the landlord, through his lawyer Yasemin Kumbaracibasi, began forced execution regarding the underpayment of rent by Mr. Karadağlı.

Tamer Karadağlı stated in a written statement that he does not owe the landlord any lira. However, as a result of an expertise appointed by the court, it turned out that the actor owes the landlord 100,753 lira for five years of living in the apartment. This amount was recalculated with legal interest and amounted to 118,268 lira.
