Summer series on TRT1 channel

Birsen Altuntaş reports that TRT channel is launching three summer series and, if they are well-received by the audience, will continue to show them in the autumn. The first project by Fabrika Production will be a remake of the Korean series “Once Again”.

The second new TRT series called “Kendi Düşen Ağlamaz / Those Who Fall Can’t Cry” by NGM will be a joint project of Emre Kabakuşak (chief director) and İnci Balabanoglu (director). The series will tell the story of Alize, who is interning at a hotel, and a simple worker named Serkan.

The title of the third new TRT summer series is “Neşeli Günler / Happy Days”. The series is produced by Goya Entertainment and will be directed by Şahin Altuğ, known for his work on the series “Steppe”. The screenwriter is Ekin Atalar. The series tells the story of Neşe, who dropped out of medical school to get married, have children, and take care of them. After the children grew up, Neşe decides to return to college and become a medical worker.
