Great news for the fans of Hande Erçel and Burak Deniz! In a week, the filming of a new TV series starring these famous stars will begin.

Preparations for the Tims&B company’s TV series “İki Yabancı / Two Strangers” for the FOX TV channel, starring Burak Deniz and Hande Erçel, are in full swing. The director of the project is Neslihan Yeşilyurt and the author of the script is one of the most famous screenwriters in Turkey, Ethem Ozışık.

Hande Erçel will play prosecutor Leyla in the series, whose script has undergone numerous revisions, and Burak Deniz will play TV journalist Kenan, who has a personality disorder and is actually two people at once. A young and effective prosecutor, Leyla will look into a number of crimes. Burak’s character will look into the identical events for a newspaper.

The filming of the series will begin after the Eid al-Fitr holiday. If there are no new changes, the start of the work is planned for April 27th. All necessary preparations have already been completed, including the selection of costumes for the characters. The first 3 episodes of the show will be filmed before June. The new series will be released in September.

In a recent interview, Hande Erçel did not talk about the show, considering it wrong to do so before an official statement from the studio. The actress also has a project for the MF Yapım company and will appear on the Disney Plus digital platform. The script for the “Mermaid” series, which she really likes, is still in development.
