Hazal Kaya has filed a lawsuit

Hazal Kaya filed a complaint with the Beykoz Family Court against a person identified as O.T., who had insulted, threatened, and spread hatred towards her and her family on their social media accounts. The actress requested the court to issue a restraining order against this individual. After examining the submitted messages, the court noted the ongoing one-sided harassment and decided, in accordance with Law No. 6284, to urgently issue protective measures without conducting an investigative process and a court hearing. Of particular concern was the fact that the protective measures apply not only to Hazal Kaya but also to members of her family.
