New series starring Ekin Mert Daymaz: love, revenge and family secrets

Ekin Mert Daymaz has accepted the role of Tufan in the upcoming series “One Love,” (Bir Sevdadir) set to air on TRT 1. The leading roles in the show will be played by Feyyaz Şerifoğlu and Sude Zülal Güler.

The actor shared his impressions of the show and his character: “Tufan comes from an influential family in Mardin. He has a strong and determined character. For many years, his family has given him the task of bringing revenge. He is a man consumed by passion for his roots and revenge. He’s totally focused on executing this vengeance.

Ekin expressed that he was very excited when he read the script and noted that he was given the opportunity to fulfill a long-cherished dream: to portray a complex character. “The series has a very captivating plot with a variety of characters and storylines. Tufan is my favorite character. I am incredibly happy because this is the role I had dreamed of,” he emphasized.

Ekin Mert Daymaz expressed satisfaction with his participation in the series, believing that it will appeal to a wide audience. He highlighted the positive atmosphere on the set, attributing it to the excellent team and relationships with the staff and actors. “We have a wonderful team, excellent relationships with the staff and actors,” he stated.

The series “One Love” (Bir Sevdadir) is set to premiere on TRT 1 on January 31.
