Ratings of Turkish TV

Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Mountain of Hearts (Gönül Dağı)” grew by 0.81% in total and by 1% in AB. The TRT1 state channel show remains one of Turkey’s most popular series for four consecutive years and is likely to be renewed for a fifth season. Although the series is not highly sought after outside of Turkey, the state channel primarily caters to its domestic audience, and international sales are not very important to it.

The series “For my family (Kardeşlerim)” lost 0.33% in total and 0.62% in AB, along with another main character. Su Burcu Yazgı Doğukan left the show in this episode. It seems like the series could confidently be renamed to “Lost”. Ratings continue to decline, and the intention of the creators to proceed with another season raises increasingly significant doubts.

The series “Three Sisters (Üç Kız Kardeş)” lost 0.22% in total but grew by 0.73% in AB. It seems that the change in broadcast day did not benefit the show on the Kanal D channel. However, the series will continue until the end of the season; it enjoys excellent international sales and will conclude at the end of May or early June.

The series “Outcast (Kopuk)” lost 0.41% in total and 0.21% in AB. As previously reported, if the Fox TV channel show loses ratings in this episode, it will be removed from the air next Saturday, so the fifth episode will be its final one.
