Uğur Aslan: “Working with your wife is a disadvantage”

Actor and singer Uğur Aslan recently performed at the “Hello to Summer” event, which took place as part of the traditional Ataşehir Palladium AVM festival, with his show “Afara,” which he has been successfully performing for several seasons.

When asked what it’s like to work on the same project with his wife Sema, Aslan noted that it has its disadvantages. He recalled an incident when he confessed to Sema his fatigue due to an overloaded schedule, to which she reacted irritably, asking if he expected special privileges. Another time, when he felt unwell after a concert, she advised him to rest, but soon wrote the longest series of the script for him. When he complained, she responded that she was not writing about him, but simply doing her job.
