The First Details About the Series “Yoksulluk” on Star TV

According to Birsen Altuntaş, four new actors have joined the cast of the series “Poverty” (Yoksulluk).

The production company OGM Pictures continues the casting process for the drama “Poverty” (Yoksulluk), which is set to air on Star TV in the upcoming season. The plot will revolve around six siblings—Azize, Cemo, Zeliha, Fidan, Ramo, and Balım—who are struggling to survive in Istanbul after the tragic death of their parents. The series will be directed by Cem Karcı, with the script written by Selin Arapkirlioğlu, Ramazan Demirli, and Özgür Ağaoglu.

Hazal Subaşı will play the role of Azize, Kaan Mirac Sezen will portray Cemo, Ece Bağcı will take on the role of Fidan, and Turgut Tuncalp will embody Haşmet, the relative to whom the siblings come in Istanbul. The series title will be changed, and casting is still ongoing.
