Öykü Gürman Behind the Wheel: A New Twist in the Series “Gönül Dağı”

The renowned actress and singer Öykü Gürman joins the cast of the series “Gönül Dağı” in the role of a character named Kiraz. The fifth season of this TRT1 series, which has been breaking viewership records, began filming last week.

The first promotional video, released in anticipation of the series’ September premiere, received widespread acclaim from viewers. Directed by Yahya Samancı and Aslıhan Kahraman, the series will continue to depict both the joyous and sorrowful events unfolding in the village of Gedelli.

In this new season, screenwriters Ali Asaf Elmas and Teoman Gök have introduced a new character to the series. Kiraz, who will move to Gedelli, will bring fresh dynamics to the story, appearing as a driver.

The fifth season, which is being filmed in Eskişehir, will kick off with the 143rd episode. The leading roles are played by Berk Atan, Semih Ertürk, and Cihat Süvarioğlu.
