Necati Şaşmaz, who has been divorcing his wife Nagehan Şaşmaz for a long time, provided his wife’s correspondence and audio files in the Whatsapp messenger as proof of his words.

However, as it turned out, the account belonged to his wife. Breaking the privacy of another person by hacking their social networks and publishing private information under Turkish law is a very serious crime. As it became known, the prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case against the actor and referred the case to court. The prosecutor demanded a prison sentence of 12 years.
