New series based on the book of Orhan Pamuk
Nobel Prize Laureate for Literature Orhan Pamuk announced that his new novel Veba Geceleri / Plague Nights could become a TV series. However, he is quite a picky person and interferes with the work on the script. He is sure that something wonderful will turn out. The new novel of the writer was released on March 23 and tells about the events during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid, when Turkey was struck by a plague epidemic. At the center of the story is the famous Ottoman epidemiologist Vali Sami Paşa, as well as gangs of children who lost their parents to the plague. Recall that work is also underway on the adaptation of the previous novel of the writer “Museum of Innocence” starring Çağatay Ulusoy.
