İsmail Filiz in the series Barbarossa Brothers / Barbaroslar

The series Brabarossa Brothers / Barbaroslar is finally in production, and we have learned of another big name in this promising project. İsmail Filiz returns to the screens as a corsair and admiral of the Turkish fleet!

İsmail Filiz is known to Turkish viewers for his small but very memorable role in the TV series Ezel. Subsequent works of the actor were not so popular, however, he continues to enjoy the attention of the audience, which is eagerly awaiting his new work. And now, we can finally please the fans of the star: İsmail returns to the screens in the new ES Film series Barbarossa Brothers / Barbaroslar, where he will play a real historical character named Kurtoğlu.

Kurtoğlu Muslihiddin Reis was the closest friend of Hayreddin Barbarossa, who more than once helped him in difficult situations. Starting as a pirate, he became an admiral of the Ottoman Empire and a sanjak bey (governor) of Rhodes. It was he who created the Ottoman Navy in the Indian Ocean and conducted a successful military expedition to Sumatra.

Recall that İsmail Filiz is the client of the manager Engin Aykanat, who continues to successfully cooperate with Yusuf Yesenkal and ES Film.
