American journalists Ema Sasic   and Shad Powers, who attended the Palm Springs Film Festival, chose the best films in their opinion from the presented ones (recall that 255 films were shown at the festival in total). One of the favorites was the short film Birdie, directed by Çağatay Ulusoy. The journalist said that she did not cry at all, well, not a bit, she probably just got dust in her eyes. Ema told the plot of the movie, adding that this short is so cute, and there’s nothing she loves seeing more than an old fisherman find a friend in an adorable bird.
