Şahan Gökbakar spends the summer at his house in Marmaris, which he bought for 10 million Turkish lira and renovated for 3 million Turkish lira. Gökbakar, who also built a pier and a beach, was not very happy when tourist boats started arriving at the beach and nailed a sign that read “Private property. No entry”.
