Fans of Barış Arduç and Gökçe Bahadır, as well as lovers of beautiful retro stories, were eagerly awaiting the release of the new Turkish TV series Club on Netflix. And now, finally, the digital platform has officially announced the premiere date!

On November 5,  Netflix will present to its subscribers a new series, Club / Kulüp, produced by O3 Medya. Gökçe Bahadır, Barış Arduç, Asude Kalebek, Salih Bademci, Metin Akdülger and Fırat Tanış are in the cast of the project. The director of the series is Zeynep Günay Tan, who previously worked on projects such as Valley of Wolves, Priceless Time, Magnificent Century. Kesem and Evermore.

The plot is set in Istanbul in 1955. This is the story of former prisoner Matilda and her daughter Rachelle, who knew nothing about her mother until she was released from prison. Matilda will try to improve relations with her daughter and protect her from relations with the taxi driver Fıstık İsmet. Matilda has to temper the passion of her boss Orhan, deal with the jealousy of the manager Çelebi and make friends with the man of art Selim. They all work in Istanbul’s nightlife. Heaven for clients and hell for employees, with the arrival of Matilda, the club will sparkle with new colors.

The slogan of the series: “Perhaps the most beautiful family is the one created by orphans …”. We are promised a project that will be able to compete with Hollywood shows presented on Netflix.
