Unexpected news for fans of Çağatay Ulusoy, who are eagerly awaiting news about the new series of the star. It is quite possible that Esra Bilgiç will become the co-star of the actor in this project. What happened?

The series Fancy Scarecrow / Süslü Korkuluk is of great interest to Turkish series fans around the world because of its star, one of the most popular Turkish actors, Çağatay Ulusoy. Recall that initially the show was supposed to be broadcast on TV8.  At the last minute, however, the agreement was cancelled due to financial disagreements. As it turned out, the budget for the series was too large for the channel.

After negotiations with other channels and digital platforms, producer Onur Guvenatam finally sold his project to the highest bidder. And that buyer turned out to be the international digital platform Netflix. The agreement was signed and work on the cast of the series began anew, taking into account the much larger budget that Netflix can afford.

According to the well-known journalist Birsen Altuntas, Esra Bilgiç received an offer to star in the series. Recall that a couple of days ago, journalists met the actress in one of the shopping centers in Istanbul. Esra said that she was made an unexpected offer, she would very much like to talk about it, but until the contract is signed, she cannot do this.

It is not entirely clear how things are going with Alina Boz, who was previously announced as the leading actress. Perhaps the show will have two main female roles, or perhaps Netflix preferred a more prominent actress, well known to the foreign audience from the TV series Resurrection Ertugrul. For now, we will refrain from drawing conclusions and will follow the developments.
