According to Birsen Altuntaş, Ilhan Şen, who had to leave the cast of the series about Sultan Salah ad-Din, is in negotiations to star in the NTC Medya production “Safir”. The series will be aired on ATV channel in the upcoming television season. The script is written by Burcu Över and Gülay Abuş Semerci, and the director is Semih Bağcı.

Burak Berkay Akgül and Ulvi Kahyaoğlu are also in negotiations to join the TV show. If an agreement is reached, the actors will portray three brothers. It’s worth mentioning that Burak Berkay Akgül played one of the main roles in the series “Ru,” which will be released on the digital platform Disney Plus, where his co-star was Meryem Uzerli.

The filming of the series “Safir” will begin in July in Cappadocia. The story revolves around three brothers, Yaman, Aras, and Okan, who possess a precious gemstone ring that is a family heirloom. ATV plans to air the series on Mondays.
