In Istanbul, the GQ magazine’s “Men of the Year 2023” award ceremony took place. The host of the evening was actor Şükrü Özyıldız.

The main award for “Best Actor of the Year” went to actor Selahattin Paşalı, known for his roles in the series “Omer” and “Midnight at the Pera Palace.” At the ceremony, the actor appeared with his wife Lara.

A special award in honor of the 10th anniversary of the prize was presented to Burak Özçivit, recognized as the icon of the year. The actor appeared in an elegant suit with a bow tie, accompanied by his wife Fahriye Evcen, who personally supported her husband on this solemn day.

Taro Emir Tekin was named the most stylish man of 2023 at the ceremony. His retro-style suit in pristine white emphasized his status as one of the most stylish men.

The Samsung Special Award for “Best Role of the Year” was given to Yiğit Koçak, who plays the lead role in the series “For my family.”

Despite the low ratings of the series “Golden Cage,” Şifanur Gül was awarded in the category of “Rising Star of the Year” for her work in the Netflix series “The Tailor” and “Creature.”

Other celebrities were also present at the ceremony, attracting attention with their vibrant outfits. For example, Hafsanur Sancaktutan, who usually opts for softer and more feminine attire, this time appeared in a bold look seemingly inspired by the movie “The Matrix.”
