In the real estate sector among celebrities, an unpleasant trend has emerged: Demet Akalın expressed her outrage towards a tenant during a live broadcast, and Ayşegül Kaya, mother of Hazal Kaya, entered into a conflict with her tenant right on the street.

The incident flared up when Ayşegül Kaya, arriving at an apartment building, discovered that the tenant had, contrary to expectations, deposited only 5,000 liras into her account when it was time for the rent increase. She firmly stated that the rental cost was 15,000 liras, offering the tenant the option to either increase the payments to this amount or vacate the property, while loudly expressing dissatisfaction with the encroachment on her property. The argument did not go unnoticed by the neighbors, who became witnesses to the incident. As a result of the conflict, the tenant vacated the property a few days later.
