Why Was Barış Arduç’s TV Show Canceled?
According to Birsen Altuntaş, Barış Arduç, who had signed a special agreement with O3 Medya, founded by Saner Ayar and celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, recently completed filming the movie “Leave It to the Wind,” where his co-star was Hande Erçel. The shooting, which began in Istanbul and continued in Çeşme, Urla, and Karaburun, concluded yesterday with a photoshoot for the movie poster.
It has been revealed that plans for the series “Patron” have been abandoned. Instead, Barış Arduç’s focus has now shifted to the film “Mr. Horror,” the Turkish version of “John Wick.” The filming for this movie is scheduled for November, with the script written by one of Turkey’s top writers, Murat Menteş, and directed by Mehmet Ada Öztekin, known for his unforgettable projects such as “Miracle in Cell No. 7.”
Birsen Altuntaş also reported that this will be a police action movie without a female lead alongside the main character. Barış Arduç’s character will be a former police officer and bodyguard who protects his clients by any means necessary, including some that are not entirely legal.
