Erkan Petekkaya stated that he does not consider the kissing episodes in the series an indispensable attribute of the script. He does not understand how an actor after such scenes can come home and look into the eyes of his wife and children.

Recall that during the filming of the series Paramparça, he terribly quarreled with his co-star Nurgül Yeşilçay precisely because he did not want to kiss. Nurgül insisted that this was normal and the audience was waiting for such scenes, because they want to see the characters’ love. They even go to court.
