The prosecutor denied the claim of Serenay Sarıkaya

After an investigation, the Turkish prosecutor’s office decided not to open a criminal case on the fact of intrusion into the privacy of Cem Yilmaz and Serenay Sarıkaya after the publication of photos from the pool with former lovers in the Turkish media. As explained in the ruling, the pool can be seen from neighboring areas without the use of special equipment, so the photographs taken do not constitute a crime.
