According to journalist Müge Dağıstanlı, the Disney Plus series “Atatürk,” which will premiere on October 29th, the day of the 100th anniversary celebration of the founding of the Turkish Republic, has become the most expensive series in the history of Turkish TV industry. Aras Bulut İynemli, who plays the lead role, received 850,000 Turkish liras per episode, earning a total of 5 million Turkish liras.

The total production cost of the series is estimated at a record-breaking 208 million TL or $8 million. Aras signed a non-disclosure agreement for the role, which he accepted in 2021. He has not uttered a word about the shooting except for expressing his pride in playing such an important role. From the announcement until the premiere date on October 29th, the actor must also pay attention to his personal life. It is preferable for the actor not to be seen on the beaches of Alaçatı and to avoid any scandals. In addition to advertising contracts, he is not involved in any other projects.
